Another shoot in February about seven days after Nono's, pretty cool.
This shoot at Reel Fish Restaurant in Winter Park was also done for the "Signature Chefs of Orlando" podcast which you can find on YouTube.
This time around we took the Jimmy Jib which we learned about a week before the shoot and that was rather interesting.
For this shoot I was the main camera again and I helped out with lighting.
There weren't very many setbacks on this shoot either. There was an amber alert that made everyones phones go off so that was a nuisance, but we quickly got around it and continued the shoot. The talent, Chef, Jose Gonzalez, stuttered a little bit, but again that's to be expected because he isn't a professional. The big issue we had was on audio. The audio technician didn't plug into the correct output on the transmitter so that was interesting. I believe audio for one of the dishes was definitely not the best and will have to be fixed up in post production.
Below are a couple of photos from the shoot.
(None of these photos were taken by me.)
